This is a high quality custom metal bushing kit that will stiffen up the shifter in manual transmission Diamond-Stars. The kit includes metal bushings and spacers to replace the factory rubber pieces where the shifter plate mounts to the car, and a bushing sleeve that will take much of the play out of the shifter. These are NOT just some hardware store washers. The precision-machined bushings, including four with a specially machined concentric step, ensure that the shifter mechanism is perfectly aligned. The kit is completely compatible with short-throw shifters.

Available for all manual tranny DSMs from 1990-1999. The '90 kits differ slightly as that year's shifter had a different design; the '90 kit does not require the updated shaft mounting sleeve. (Unfortunately, higher machining costs from the smaller volumes means the price is the same as the other kits.)
