  Haynes Repair Manual
 So, you need a manual to help work on your first generation Eclipse/Talon/Laser, but you don't want to cough up $100 for a factory shop manual, even if you can find one.
The Haynes manual is a surprisingly good basic shop manual considering the bargain basement price, and we even prefer its simple-English explanations to the Mitsubishi manual's more cryptic descriptions, in many cases.
The book includes a complete troubleshooting section, valuable short cuts, clear photos, a "Cautions and Warnings" section, and even a color spark plug diagnosis guide.
Two versions are available. One covers the 90-94 Eclipse/Talon/Laser. The other covers Eclipse/Talon 95-99 AND Eclipse 2000-01.
