Carbon Fiber Plates & Sheets

For your do-it-yourself carbon fiber needs, we offer sections of real carbon fiber that can be cut and shaped into any size or shape you want.

The 1.5mm and 3mm plates are rigid; the 1.5mm thickness has a little bit of flex to it. Both can be cut with a saw or Dremel tool, and can be drilled. Use them to create gauge panels, DIN mount plates, canard spoilers, and lots more.

The 0.2mm sheet can be cut with scissors. Use double-sided 3M tape or spray adhesive (not included) to stick it to just about any surface; it can be used to cover roll cages, wing end plates, A-pillar pods, and just about anything else.

Plates thicker than 0.2mm are carbon fiber with a fiberglass core. All sheets and plates are carbon fiber on both sides EXCEPT the 4mm plate, which is carbon fiber on one side only. Weave can vary; you may get a 1x1 weave or a 2x2 twill.

About flatness: Plates are usually pretty flat, but everyone has a different definition of how precise "flat" is. We WILL NOT accept returns because your plate does not meet your needs for flatness. We are not a scientific laboratory; we just sell the things.
