|  |  16G Turbo Upgrade
This larger turbocharger spools up almost as quickly as the stock turbocharger, but allows much higher boost levels at high rpms. It's a Mitsubishi 16G turbocharger with a 7cm housing and an integral wastegate. It bolts right on with no other modifications, and is good for about 375 maximum horsepower.
The upgrade for 1G automatic transmission cars includes a ported manifold and adapter kit. The 2G upgrade includes an adapter kit with all necessary lines and fittings, plus the required intercooler pipe.
All turbos are sold ported and clipped (ten degrees), unless otherwise noted. By default you get a "Big 16G" turbo, but we also have the "Small" size (it has a slightly smaller compressor wheel) available. Call us for configurations not listed here.
The stainless steel gasket, sold seperately below, is the perfect match for your larger turbo. Unlike a modified factory gasket, it will not blow out under high boost and heat.
